The original photographs or papers are preferred so that we can scan them into the computer. They will normally be returned to you within a fortnight.

	You should let us know as much as possible about the story behind the image, preferably with dates, names and/or location details.
	The story behind the image (if any).
	Tell us your name and address, telephone number or other methods of contacting you.
